Just wanted to check in for a brief update on the vintage mom jeans I acquired:

I really tried to make those jeans work. I put them on almost every day since I got them, and stood in the mirror squinting to try to make them look better. Unfortunately, they looked frumpy from all angles. My boyfriend saw them on me and seemed really confused, and maybe even a little offended. Needless to say, he was happy to help me turn them into shorts.

So, today I lost a pair of mom jeans, but gained a cute pair of vintage cutoffs. I think I’m okay with that.

I also got very little sleep last night, due to some weird leg cramps that plagued me from about 2am to 6am. So please excuse the squinty eye situation in the photos- I really should’ve kept those sunglasses on!
