I just love the different textures and combinations of materials that the fall offers. As I start to layer up, I pay attention to the different textiles in each of my outfits. I especially love combinations like leather and suede, or leather and a chunky knit. The smoothness of the leather really highlights whatever material you pair with it. Today, I decided to throw on my new faux suede dress that I picked up from TJ Maxx. It was stupidly inexpensive, so naturally had to have it (even if I only get a few wears out of it.) Since my days with bare legs are numbered, I decided to take advantage of today’s mild weather. If I get chilly, I’ll have my trusty Muubaa leather jacket to keep me warm!
My accessories were easy, since it’s pretty much what I always go for: my Vince Camuto wide brim hat, my Sam Edelman booties and my moon pendant from Free People (which was pretty much made to be paired with suede clothing.)

Levi’s Quilted Leather Moto Jacket >> You could always splurge like I did with my Muubaa, or you could be a smart little shopper and check places like Nordstrom Rack for deals on leather jackets! This Levi’s jacket is so pretty, and it’s got that gorgeous quilting that I always look for. I love little details like that- it makes the item feel even more special.

Sans Souci Faux Suede Dress >> This isn’t the exact dress I bought, but it’s really close. Mine doesn’t have the laser cut detailing at the bottom, which actually makes me a little sad. If you’re looking for a fun fall dress for under $20, then you should seriously consider this one.

Sam Edelman Leather Petty Boot >> The classic Petty in [you guessed it] LEATHER! Such a good all-around bootie. These boots will go with absolutely everything you own. If leather is not your thing, these also come in a ton of colors of suede.

Free People Andress Pendant Necklace >> So my moon pendant is not available anymore, but FP has some amazing pendant necklaces, like the Andress necklace. I love the little touch of turq stone on it, too. Another cool option would be one of their bolo necklaces (or hunt around on Ebay as I’ve suggested in previous posts!)

Vince Camuto Ribbon Band Panama >> Obsessing over all of the Vince Camuto hats. They’re so good. Especially this one that I linked! I might need to buy another one to keep my grey hat company.
