By now you guys know that I love comfy t-shirts. You can find me wearing one about 90% of the time. I have to say that my real obsession is with graphic tees, specifically statement t-shirts. I’m a big fan of words, and the power that they possess when you read them off of someone’s clothing. I don’t necessarily mean that in a deep and meaningful way, either. I’m a fan of shirts that are simple and funny, and will cause someone to stop and have a laugh with me. It’s a strange, but cool, way to connect with people. Not to mention statement t-shirts pair perfectly with jeans and a jacket. Pair a graphic tee with a blazer, a military jacket, a denim jacket, a leather jacket… you cannot go wrong.
Naturally, I’m drawn to t-shirts about coffee. I picked up this t-shirt by The Laundry Room, that says, “will work for coffee.” I paired it with my One Teaspoon Awesome Destroyed Baggies (these run large, so size down!), my leopard print calf hair slip ons by Kenneth Cole, my vintage leather hobo bag and a handmade Panama hat.
In case you need some inspiration, I’ve linked some of the statement t-shirts that I have my eye on below. Take a peak and see if you like them as much as I do!
