After you see my most recent purchase, you might start to think that I’ve taken this western fixation a little too far. Though I must say, I’m still feeling pretty good about it.

As you know, I’m an avid Ebayer, and one that loves a unique (and inexpensive) vintage find. Last week, I was thinking about what cool new jewelry pieces I could start wearing for fall, and I landed on the idea of a western bolo tie! It’s the kind of piece that can be worked into both an edgy look or bohemian style. It can also be the final touch that takes a t-shirt and jeans to the next level.

After a surprisingly quick and easy Ebay search, I found these two vintage bolo ties available as a bundle for under $20. SOLD! There was about 30 seconds between seeing the listing and confirming my Paypal transaction.

My package arrived yesterday, and I am in LOVE with these ties. They are so cool, and I can’t wait to style these into my fall looks. Watch out, guys, I’m turning into a new-age cowgirl!
